CLEATUS Pipeline FAQ

Updated yesterday

What is Pipeline?

Pipeline is your CLEATUS workspace for contracts you’re evaluating. Add a contract to unlock the Compliance Score, Contract Breakdown, and the AI Assistant (agent) to learn more and decide whether to pursue.

How do contracts get into my Pipeline?

New contract matches captured daily by AI from your Company Profile preferences. You can also add contracts to your pipeline from Contract Search.

How does AI find contracts and add them to my Pipeline?

CLEATUS continuously scans federal, state, local, and city sources, then matches opportunities to your Company Profile. Strong matches are auto-added to your Pipeline daily. To fine-tune AI capture, update your Company Profile to reflect what you want.

What is Compliance Scoring?

Compliance Score is a 0–100 rating of how well your company aligns with a specific solicitation. It’s driven by eligibility and fit signals—your Company Profile (NAICS/PSC, set-asides, target agencies/locations), the RFP’s mandatory requirements, capability/past performance, capacity, geography, and timeline; failing a hard requirement marks the opportunity Ineligible (0).

I have questions about a contract—how do I get help?

Open the contract in Pipeline and you will see the assistant on the right side. It ingests the solicitation, amendments, and files plus your Company Profile, so you can ask questions, check compliance, and draft proposal content—with citations to the source.

How do I start proposal drafting/AI help?

Open the Pipeline card → choose Start Building.

  • Notifications – Toggle on/off; when enabled, you’ll get email alerts for amendments and updates.

  • Archive Contract – Remove from active views but keep history/files.

  • Remove from Pursuits – Stop tracking it as an active pursuit.
