Contract FAQ

AI Relevancy is a smart scoring system that helps you quickly determine if a contract opportunity is a good fit for your business. It analyzes the solicitation's key details and compares them to your specified bid preferences to help you find the best-fit opportunities.

First, add the contract to your Pursuit Management pipeline. From there, you can use the Proposal Writer Suite.

The Contract Breakdown feature uses AI to instantly deconstruct any solicitation you upload. It organizes the document into the Uniform Contract Format (UCF) sections and highlights crucial details, making it easy to navigate a lengthy PDF in seconds. If there is no contract documents then the breakdown won't be available.

If a solicitation has amendments, you will find a dedicated Amendments tab on the contract page. This section provides a centralized view of all changes, ensuring you don't miss any critical updates.

Click the "Sort by:" dropdown on the top-right of the screen to sort by relevance, date posted, or deadline.

Adding a contract to your pipeline initiates a deep analysis of the document, providing you with critical insights. This step also gives you full access to the Proposal Writer Suite, which includes tools to help you create a compliance matrix, a proposal outline, and a bid checklist.
