What is Contract Search?

Contract Search lets you find active and upcoming government contracting opportunities across federal, state, local, and city sources in one place.

How do I run a basic search?

Type a keyword (e.g., “IT staffing,” “roofing,” “cybersecurity”) in the search bar and press Enter. Results update instantly.

How do I write a proposal for a contract?

First add the contract to your Pipeline—this unlocks the AI features. Simply click Add to Pipeline then navigate to your pipeline and open the contract there.

Which filters can I use?

Refine by Jurisdiction (Federal/State/Local/City), Agency, State, NAICS, Set-Aside, Posted Date, and Response Deadline.

Can I save a search and get alerts?

Yes. Click Save Search to reuse your criteria. If alerts are available on your plan, toggle Email Alerts to get updates when new matches appear.

What if I can’t find the contract, or only I have access?

You can import a contract. Go to Pipeline, then click Import Contract (top right). Imported contracts are visible only to your organization.

How do I find small-business opportunities only?

Use the Set-Aside filter (e.g., Small Business, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB).

How fresh is the data?

CLEATUS contract database is updated few times a day. If you are unable to find a contract you are looking for

How do I sort results?

Use Sort to order by Relevance, Posted Date, or Soonest Deadline.
