๐Ÿข Organization

An Organization in CLEATUS represents the overall structure of your business. It can contain multiple Entities, each functioning as a separate business unit under the same Organization.

At the Organization Level, You Can:

โœ… Assign user roles and control access to specific Entities.
โœ… Oversee multiple Entities, but each Entity has its own subscription.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip:
Even if your Organization has multiple Entities, each Entity is billed separately.

๐Ÿข Entity

An Entity is a distinct business unit within your Organization. Each Entity:
โœ… Manages its own contract proposals, compliance, and settings.
โœ… Has its own CLEATUS subscription (billing is per Entity).
โœ… Has a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code.
โœ… Operates independently while remaining part of the larger Organization.

Why Use Multiple Entities?

If your business serves different industries, locations, or certifications, structuring your Organization into multiple Entities allows you to customize contract strategies for each one while keeping finances separate.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip:
You can add multiple Entities under one Organization, but each Entity requires its own subscription to access CLEATUS features.

๐Ÿ“œ Contract

A Contract is a government agreement at the federal, state, or local level to provide services or goods.

How CLEATUS Uses Contracts:

โœ”๏ธ Serves as the foundation for Opportunities (contract matching & proposal writing).
โœ”๏ธ Add to Opportunities to Trigger AI-powered tools (document analysis, compliance scoring, proposal generation).

๐ŸŽฏ Opportunity

An Opportunity is a contract that matches your Entityโ€™s capabilities, either:
๐Ÿ”น Automatically identified by CLEATUS AI based on your Entity Profile, or
๐Ÿ”น Manually added by you.

Once a Contract Becomes an Opportunity, CLEATUS Activates All AI-Features:

โœ… Document Analysis โ€“ CLEATUS scans all contract documents for key requirements.
โœ… Compliance Score โ€“ Evaluates how well your business aligns with the contract.
โœ… GovCon AI Assistant โ€“ Provides insights and guidance on bidding strategies.
โœ… AI Proposal Builder โ€“ Generates a compliant, tailored proposal for submission.

๐Ÿ“Š Compliance Score

The Compliance Score is a CLEATUS-generated metric that evaluates how well your business meets an Opportunityโ€™s requirements.

Key Factors That Influence the Compliance Score:

๐Ÿ“Œ Certifications (e.g., HUBZone, SDVOSB)
๐Ÿ“Œ NAICS Codes (Industry classifications)
๐Ÿ“Œ Past Performance Records (Previous government contract success)
๐Ÿ“Œ Geographic Preferences (Where your business operates)

๐Ÿ“Œ Financial and bonding capacity

๐Ÿ’ก A higher Compliance Score means a stronger fit for the contractโ€”helping you make faster, more confident Bid/No-Bid decisions.

๐Ÿ“Œ Pursuit: Track & Manage Your Bid Pipeline

A Pursuit is a tracked Opportunity inside CLEATUS where you can manage your bid progress and keep your team organized.

What You Can Do in a Pursuit:

โœ… Track progress using Kanban or List View.
โœ… Assign users to manage specific Opportunities.
โœ… Log notes & conversations to keep everything organized.
โœ… Store important documents (solicitations, pricing sheets, compliance reports).

๐Ÿ’ก Why Use Pursuits?
Pursuits turn contract opportunities into a structured pipeline, helping your team stay aligned and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

๐Ÿค Teaming: Find the Right Partners

Teaming allows you to partner with other government contractors to expand your capabilities and improve your chances of winning larger contracts.

How CLEATUS Helps You with Teaming:

โœ… Access a database of 800,000+ government contractors.
โœ… Find partners based on certifications, past contracts, and capabilities.
โœ… Strengthen your bids by forming Joint Ventures or Prime/Subcontractor partnerships.

๐Ÿ’ก Why Team Up?
If you lack past performance or donโ€™t meet all contract requirements, teaming up with another contractor increases your credibility and win potential.
