Integrate Zapier with CLEATUS

Automate workflows and connect CLEATUS with 5000+ apps with just a click.

Updated over 2 months ago

Connect CLEATUS with thousands of apps through Zapier—automate your workflows and keep your CRM, project tools, and communication apps in sync effortlessly.

Who this is for

CLEATUS users who want to connect their account to other tools (like Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, or Google Sheets) to automate contract, pursuit, or task workflows without writing any code.

What you’ll need

  • An active CLEATUS Essential plan or higher (Zapier integration is not available on the Free plan)

  • A Zapier account (free or paid)

  • Access to create integrations in your CLEATUS workspace

Available CLEATUS triggers

Zapier uses triggers to start automations. CLEATUS currently supports the following instant triggers, which send data to your connected apps as soon as something happens in your workspace:

  • New Contract Added to Pipeline – Triggers when a new contract is added to your CLEATUS pipeline.

  • Pursuit Created – Triggers when a new pursuit is created in CLEATUS.

  • Pursuit Status Changed – Triggers when the status of a pursuit is updated (for example, from Researching to Bidding).

All triggers run instantly—no polling or delay—so your connected workflows update in real time.

Step-by-step setup (5–10 minutes)

1) Open the Zapier integration in CLEATUS

Go to Company Profile → Integrations → Zapier.
Click “Connect with Zapier” to open the CLEATUS Zapier page.

2) Choose a prebuilt workflow or create your own

Available CLEATUS Zap templates

  • Create Microsoft Outlook calendar events for new CLEATUS pursuits

  • Create Google Calendar events for new CLEATUS pursuits

  • Send messages to a Microsoft Teams channel for new CLEATUS pursuits

  • Send messages to a Microsoft Teams channel for updated CLEATUS pursuits

  • Send messages to a Slack channel for new CLEATUS pursuits

  • Send emails in Gmail for new CLEATUS pursuits

Select any of these to start, or click “Create your own Zap” in Zapier to build a custom automation.

If you’re new to Zapier, we recommend reading Zapier’s official guide to getting started to learn how automations work.

3) Sign in to your CLEATUS account

When prompted, sign in to CLEATUS and grant permission for Zapier to access your account.

Note: You’ll only need to do this once.

4) Configure your workflow

Choose your trigger (for example, New Pursuit Created) and action (like Send Email in Gmail).

Map the fields from CLEATUS to your destination app—such as contract title, value, due date, or link.

5) Test and turn on your automation

Click Test in Zapier to make sure data flows correctly.
Once everything looks good, turn it on—your integration will now run automatically whenever the trigger condition is met.

Security & permissions

CLEATUS Zapier connections are workspace-scoped and use OAuth for secure access.

CLEATUS only shares the data needed to perform the selected automation (e.g., pursuit details, contract info).

You can revoke Zapier access anytime from your CLEATUS Integrations page or from Zapier’s Connected Accounts settings.
