Easily manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices directly from the Billing page in CLEATUS.

πŸ“Œ Where to Find the Billing Page

1️⃣ Click "Organization Settings" in the left-side navigation menu.
2️⃣ Select "Billing" to access your subscription details.


πŸ’³ What You Can Do in the Billing Page

βœ… Update Your Payment Method – Change or add a new payment option.
βœ… View & Download Invoices – Access your billing history anytime.
βœ… Manage Your Subscription – Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.

βœ… Manage Seats – Purchase additional seats to invite more users to your CLEATUS organization.

πŸ’‘ Note: Only the account owner can manage billing settings.


See and Download Your Invoices πŸ”Ž

Click on View Invoices, you will be redirected to Stripe portal. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page there you can access your Invoices and download them as PDF.


Manage Seats πŸ‘₯

Click Manage Seats to open a popup where you can add or remove seats for your organization. Any changes are prorated based on your subscription.

πŸ’‘ Important: Removing a user does not remove a seat automatically. If you want to reduce your seat count (and billing), you must remove the seat in Organization Settings β†’ Billing.


Update Your Payment Method πŸ’³

Click on Update Payment Method, you will be redirected to Stripe portal. Under your subscription, you’ll see your current payment method. Simply click on the pen icon to change it.
